Hello, I've seen a lot of people with a badge directly under their ribbons thats almost like a medal.
After doing some research I've found out what it is although I don't know what you have to do to get it.

If anyone that has it or knows how to get it could please tell me.

Thanks!  ;D

You must complete an NRA Marksmanship program, something you must coordinate through your squadron,

CAPM 39-1:

Can I wear I still earn and wear the NRA marksmanship badge?

The NRA Marksmanship Badge can be worn as outlined in CAPM 39-1 CAP Uniform Manual 26 June 2014 (Includes ICL 1 & 2).  See below from CAPM 39-1.

10.6. NRA Marksmanship Badge. Cadets may wear one marksmanship qualification medal/badge earned by completing the requirements of the NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program. Documentation in the cadet's personnel record which documents program requirement completion in accordance with published NRA guidelines is authority for wear.
