Wear of Blues July 4

I am wondering if someone can tell me, or point me to the appropriate regulation, is it acceptable to wear blues to church for July 4?

Start with your unit commander.
Though .. maybe I'm in a void, but unless 4-July is on a day of worship, I don't recall it being a typical church holiday.

It's a Wednesday this year, and many churches do services on Wednesday nights.
