Ah, still 2 commands where you start marching from the right foot.  ;D

Bummer, one of the MTI's in the last version was my MTI in 1990!  SSgt Walker.  He is a monster of a man but a great instructor!

Per the book, three, actually.  One of which is wrong.

It has the word "releasability". Is that even a real word?

Outside the fence at Lackland? Doubtful.

Nah, it's a classic "Rumsfeldism".

I found releasability on the Merriam Webster's online dictionary...

I can't see the definition unless I activate a "FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP". Guess I'll have to *gasp* use a dictionary.

Cadet, you hexed me.

I am not subscribed, yet I found the answer by googling it. After I read your answer I clicked on my own posting. Yep, got the message "you have to subscribe..."

I had to check what "hexed" meant. I did not in any way, shape, or form practice witchcraft.

(I used the Internet this time because I wanted to prove my point.)

I can see it w/o signing up/in. :)

*maybe that's because my User Agent is set to respond as GoogleBot on sites I have not signed up for. ;)

Just asking....but what three commands start you marching on the right foot?

What exactly is a "GoogleBot"?

Storm Chaser

Does anyone know if any of the changes made to this manual conflict with any current CAP training material and/or exams?

a2capt

Unless you see a note, figure it does not. Par for the course, that CAP exams are updated .. much later than the regulations they cite.

Just ask the Communications people. :)

This is cadet trivia 101.

I'll give you the easy one: right step, march.

The hard one?

The wrong one?

(the third one is STILL a typo in the manual, 13-14 years after we called Lackland and confirmed that)

Right Step March and Close March start on the right foot....they are both mentioned in the text as the only commands where you start marching on the right foot.

Face in marching is the wrong one.

Am I right?
