Transfer of Communications Property Responsibility statement.

Anyone every seen one of these?

It's a question in the Wing CI, but the regulations sited does not say anything about that statement.

Thanks

Within ORMS, the newly appointed property managment office will do a changeover inventory.

QuoteCAPR 174-1 p2-17. Changeover Inventory. Perform a changeover inventory upon assignment of a new commander or property management officer. Use the changeover process in ORMS to conduct the inventory. An inventory is not required if the unit has no property. Individually issued items are not required to be inventoried to complete a changeover inventory

It's a remnant from former processes.   There used to be an example of the form in the Comm Asset management regulations.  That form was based on the form that was located in CAPR 174-1.

One could say that a "finding" would be that the CI guide is not in fidelity with the current regulations and needs to be reviewed by CAP-USAF to properly reflect CAP operating processes and procedures nomenclature.  :)

The question concerning the Transfer of Communications Property Responsibility statement was inadvertently NOT deleted during the last revision to the CI guide.  That has been corrected, along with a number of other issues, in the current revision in coordination.
