Victoria E. Davidson-Castillo was born at Northridge Hospital in California on October 26, 1971, to her parents Paulette M. Cardinal and Frank P. Davidson. She was the oldest of two children. She grew up in the Van Nuys attending grade school at St Elisabeth Catholic School. She then attended high school at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks where she would graduate in the class of 89'. Near the end of her high school years, she would join Civil Air Patrol and be an active member within the program even during her later years in life. After high school she would attend UCLA studying for a chemical engineering degree that she sadly would never finish. After college she would meet her husband, Serafin Torres Castillo, and the two would get married in 1997. She would have her first child, Roberto, on March 10, 1998. The following year she would welcome her second child, Ivan, on January 30th, 1999. In April of the year, she would start her work at UPS working her way up to being an HR supervisor by the time she left in 2007. During her time at UPS, she would welcome her third child, Nicolas, on April 19, 2002. In 2003 Victoria and Serafin would separate and in 2004 Victoria would meet her life partner Jay Daub well working at UPS. Victoria and Jay in 2007 would move and settle down in Hacienda Heights, California where Victoria would raise her sons. She became an active member of her community as her sons grew older, and would join many organizations from PTA, Boy Scouts with her sons, or Kiwanis. In 2010 she began her job at the Los Angeles County Office of Education continuing her career in HR and at the time of her passing would be a Sr. Division Security where she would work till her death on January 8, 2023, at home in West Covina, California at the age of 51.

Victoria was predeceased in death by her father in 1999 and mother in 2019. She is survived by her three sons, husband, life partner, brother, numerous cousins, nephews and nieces, and countless friends.
