The CAPF 76 is a radio operator card.  Talk with your Communications Officer or your Squadron Commander regarding the completing the ICUT course.

The CAPF 101 is a ES specialty card.  Talk with your ES officer or your Squadron Commander regarding getting you enrolled into an ES Specialty such as GTM, UDF, MS, MSA, etc (separate from any Senior Member ES Officer Specialty).  You will need finish General ES training prior to beginning training in an ES specialty.

The 76 is no longer an operative card. It's all listed on the 101 as ICUT. 76 used to be the CAP Radio Operators Permit, which we do not use.

Go to www.capnhq.gov (http://www.capnhq.gov) >>> Operations Qualifications >>> 101 card. As they said, CAPF 76 is no longer used. Just ICUT on your 101 card.
