eServices issue?

I have not logged on in a few days. Today I do so and all of my choices under the CAP Utilities and Restricted menus are gone!

Anyone else have this problem?

Hmmmm...it seems to work fine in FireFox but not in IE. Very strange!

I had that happen a while back (I use Opera).  I had to add all of the utilities to the "My Favorites" list to see them again.
