I liked it! More companies need to admit their failures and learn to better themselves afterwards.

They didn't give up.

Had to chuckle at the bit about the worry of any left over pieces. I thought he was going to say they were concerned for what it might cause if someone hits it. I mean, it blew up. Who'd want to reverse engineer that. ;)
