Title: DAARTU task validation by remote session?

No one near me is a DAARTU SET.

Since the entirety of the skills being evaluated appear to be from a computer, any reason that can't be done by any DAARTU SET for any member across the nation (with of course the command approval for training logged in e-Services)?

No - with the caveat stated.

A FreeConferenceCall.com shared desktop is essentially the same as sitting in front of a PC in person.

Caveat 2:  Its also essentially the same as directly emailing your entire conversation with attachments directly to Chengdu, China, but I could never convince a certain Navy Lt Commander of that... sigh...

Go, do, certify, press on with DAARTU, Klaatu, barata, Nicto, any of it.
