Free Cadet Uniform Questions

I have two questions regarding the free cadet uniform:

1) Does the uniform include the belt?

2) Do the ladies get slacks and a skirt, or must they choose one?

The chit includes those items, whether or not the cadet gets all or part of them is another matter entirely.

A flight cap
Pants (females have the option of a skirt)
Short Sleeved Shirt
Belt

No shoes, accouterments or ties are included.
