U.S. Army Cadet Corps - MAJ Frank Spano appointed Chief of Staff

CPT Frank Spano, JD, USAC, was promoted to the rank of Major by COL Joseph M. Land, Sr., Acting Commander, U.S. Army Cadet Corps, in a ceremony conducted in the commander's office.

MAJ Spano has been appointed as the Chief of Staff, reporting to Forest Hill Station in Millersburg, Kentucky early next month.
