Title: Urgent Help Needed

A friend passed away on Tuesday.

He is retired U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. His funeral is this coming Tuesday and I am trying to find a way to access his DD 214 to get Awards and Promotion history for a shadow box. Any help would be great.

Contact his family and then contact the VA.
