Chief Master Sgt. Roger A. Towberman was selected by U.S. Space Force Chief of Space Operations Gen. John W. Raymond to serve has the first senior enlisted advisor of U.S. Space Force during a ceremony at the Pentagon in Arlington, Va., Feb. 13, 2020. Towberman will serve as a personal advisor to the Chief of Space Operations and Secretary of the Air Force on all issues regarding the welfare, readiness, morale, proper utilization and progress of the Space Force enlisted force and their families. I've never heard a bad thing about the guy.  I think he was in the running for CMSAF but this is probably better.

Cadets can dream, but I doubt there will ever be a direct CAP connection to the Space Force. No patch or ribbon to get.
