I am starting to become more interested n the MER Honor Guard academy. I know there is a NCSA for it but on https://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/programs/cadets/activities/ (https://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/programs/cadets/activities/) it only shows two activites. Am I too late to apply?
No. The summer activities have not been opened up yet. The activities you are seeing are the winter activities. Additionally, the website has this in bold: "Summer activities will appear on this site as dates are confirmed, but not until 1 December in eServices." This should be a clear indicator on when you can apply.
