My old Air Force Reserve unit 932 AW changed its mission in 2006 from Med-Evac to Distinguished Visitor flights and that is the exact aircraft and mission they fly.  They have flow the VP, the First Lady, Chiefs of Staff, Diplomats from any country or branch of government you can think of, its a good mission and I was proud to be a part of it.  http://www.932aw.afrc.af.mil/units/index.asp (http://www.932aw.afrc.af.mil/units/index.asp)

The 613 AOC AMD, where I work, provides the planning and flight management of the C37 and C40 that belongs to 15AW.  They are pretty posh birds.
