My old Air Force Reserve unit 932 AW changed its mission in 2006 from Med-Evac to Distinguished Visitor flights and that is the exact aircraft and mission they fly. The 613 AOC AMD, where I work, provides the planning and flight management of the C37 and C40 that belongs to 15AW. They are pretty posh birds.
