What would I need to do in order to get one of these to land in my yard so I can sell the pieces on CAPTalk and EBAY, then buy some health insurance?

I recently retired from my job and had to cobra my insurance for my family until my benefits kicked in. It totaled $1742 a month. If space debris landed in my yard and I could get money for it...I'd buy into a health cooperative.
