USAF Res Loadmaster

This isnt really CAP related, but Im trying to use the best resource I can think of, and that is the people here.   Is anyone here a USAF Load Master ?  If so I have some questions.  PM is fine, if the forum doesnt want it discussed here since its not CAP.  Otherwise I have no issues discussing in the open if it may help out a cadet or someone whos also interested.
