Adding items to “Favorite Apps” on eServices?

Is it still possible to add items to the favorite apps on eServices with the newer menu system?

I'm not seeing an option to do it anymore, but I'm not sure if I'm just missing it or, I'm not seeing it because of my iPad, or it's just not there anymore.

Click the gears in the upper right corner, select "Favorite Apps" and then
star the ones you want.

Thanks!!!   Now I've finally found something about the new menu system that I like better than the previous version...
