Is it just me, or is the whole ".cap.gov" domain offline?

I can access eServices, and GoCivilAirPatrol, but ner.cap.gov and nhwg.cap.gov are all returning unreachable.
Can anyone confirm this, or is my DNS going wacky?

Working for me.

We've seen some DNS oddness, but since NER & NH are hosted in the same place, I wonder if it's a provider issue instead.

cawg.cap.gov seems to be fine, at least for email.
