I know there is someplace in eServices where a member checks the box and it goes up for approval but for the life of me I can't find that page in eServices any longer. Does anybody remember. It is a page with a list of qualifications to check off if the requirements are met for somebody to review/approve.
It's under Operations Qualifications, under "Ratings, Awards, and Badges"
