Where do you post your CAPF 26s (Civil Air Patrol Safety Improvement or Hazard Report) at your unit?

Do you find that many members at your unit utilize them, or do you find generally people will just mention an unsafe situation or potential hazard to the safety officer directly?

Are they effective?
