Fly Your Face in Space

NASA wants to put a picture of you on one of the two remaining space shuttle missions and launch it into orbit.

Upload your photo now, get a certificate after mission is done. You can also just send a name and not a photo.

The 133rd space shuttle flight has a target launch date of September 16, 2010.

The 134th and final shuttle flight has a target launch date of November 2010 (exact launch date will be announced at a later time).

It's a picture now?  Wasn't it JUST a name before?  Now I can't remember what mission that was...   ???

There has been many NASA projects to send names into space.

Many such as the Glory, Kepler, and the LRO missions are done.
