Encampment sign up problem

Our sign ups for encampment opened today and the sign up Google form will not appear, with the following error message:

It will be my first time going and I don't know if there is some specific thing I have to do..? I assume there is but just incase I wanted to know if anyone here has encountered similar problems and/or fixed it.

Help would be nice as I am trying to sign up asap.

Either the rights to the form were not set properly, or you are trying to access
it with an account that doesn't have rights.

Most likely who(m?)ever created it checked the box that requires a login.

Try it in an incognito window.

Notify the person who sent the link or runs the activity.

Wait a day and it will likely be fixed as the poor fellow who made this is slammed with "I can'ts"...(BTDT).

EDIT: Confirmed, I checked the website and the form is not properly posted, you can't do anything until they fix that.
