Title: CA WG 2013 Encampment
Post by: RockRat on March 31, 2013, 01:46:51 AM
Hey everybody.

Im planning on going to my very first encampment this year at Camp SLO. Ive been in the program for about a year and am 14 years old. If anybody could offer some pointers on surviving California's encampment system I would be grateful :)

Learn and know your memory work.  There are three words that form the basis of the CAWG CTG:  Teamwork, Discipline, Success.   Working on the first two will result in the third.  It is a great experience for both cadets and seniors (having been to 12 encampments in the past 16 years).

Come with a good attitude. And be prepared to make new friends.
