ORM training scenarios

I'm shooting from the hip a little for this week's meeting (Tuesday night). Too many irons in the fire right now. Anyway...

I have an ES block open and I was thinking of going over basic ORM with the cadets. I have a decent PPT on the basic process and principals. What I thought I'd do is go over that, then break them into groups and give them some time to apply the ORM process to some scenarios.

Has anyone done anything like this before? I could use some help in writing the scenarios. If anyone has an Ops Plan or the like they could share, I'd be super appreciative!

What i've done with that is give the cadets scenarios from actual sorties i've been on.  But I'll add stuff if the ORM score was too low.  I add just enought to make it not easy but not impossible either.
