Had an excellent SAREX at Meridan Airport in CT today. Coordinated a few aircrews and ground teams that worked together really well. Got my first endoresments for ES as well, as an MSA. This was my first experience with CAP ES and I was very impressed by the level of cooperation and efficiency that goes behind an operation. Special thanks to the 134th for hosting us Massachusetts people. I learned a lot and can't wait for the next exercise!
