CAP in Air and Space Power Journal

The fall issue of Air and Space Power Journal focuses on Air Force SAR capabilities, primarily Combat SAR of course. However, CAP (and the ARCHER system) get a little shout out in the article on fixed wing SAR assets.  That article promotes the use of more standard civil aircraft for SAR purposes in some situation where a little discretion is called for.
