NHQ/CP is currently field testing a handbook on building and training a cadet staff in a squadron. The handbook (which is a DRAFT, and may not entirely be ready for prime time) is available in PDF here (http://www.cap.gov/documents/CStaffHandbook.pdf). It's an excellent handbook, and no, Curt LaFond is not paying me to say that. :)
It's part of the Cadet Proving Grounds (http://www.cap.gov/visitors/members/cadet_programs/index.cfm?nodeID=6900&audienceID=4), which is where the CP shop puts a lot of their field test materials.
I've been waiting to see this ever since Curt talked about it at our TLC! Sweet!
