So a few months into being a Senior(former cadet) I received my Benjamin O Davis Award in the mail and I must say being a Senior is not as bad as it was said to be. Thank all of you guys for your insight and the tremendous experience you have given me from this  lovely forum.

Congratulations! Completing the Davis Award requirements (Level II) will make you eligible for Captain as soon as you turn 21 and meet time-in-grade requirements. Start working on Level III and the Loening!  ;D
