If you tell what VOP is! Please don't use acronyms when asking for assistance. It only slows down the response and mystifies us old people.

The first rule of VOP is...you don't talk about VOP...

As they say in any industry....

If there are acronyms, explain it to the people who do not understand them

What is this  a secret society?? ;D ;D ;D ;D

IceNine

sounds like this is a duck and roll ?

I can only assume since this question hasn't received an answer, this application/program/secret society probably doesn't exist

Could it possibly VoP - Voice over Packet, in which case application may mean software, not a piece of paper to apply for something. Or it could be some new cadet secret squirrel stuff.

In doing a Yahoo search, I found a Washington Wing for obtaining a CAP Driver's License that has a notation at the bottom "CAP-VOP#".  Could mean "Vehicle Operating Permit".  As the initial poster is from Washington Wing, this may be what he's looking for.

dhon27 is the winner. VOP stands for Vehicle operator permit for applying for a CAP drivers license.

Oh you mean a CAPF (Civil Air Patrol Form  :) ) 75.  Or is it 76?

I actually thought you were reffering to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)
