membership card????

I become a senior member Jan 29, 2013. My cadet membership is due Dec 17, 2012. I will then receive my new membership card, but it will say CADET at the bottom. When I cross over to SM will I get a new card or will I have to keep the other card that says cadet?

If you submit your CAPF 12 with fingerprint card, you should get a new membership card.

Only $3? The smallest difference I see is $17.

Just curious, but will that be your 21st birthday or are you moving to the senior ranks early at 18?  I know some cadets make the jump at 18 so they can be one of the big boys while others stay as a cadet as long as possible to achieve more awards.  Which is the case with you and what motivates you?  As stated, I am just curious and whatever your reasons are, they are fine.  I am not asking for any judgmental oriented reasons or to stir a debate.

Vandy that was a good question. I had Cadets in the past that went SM at 18 to be a cool "Flight Officer". Of course you can get more bling bling as a 20 1/2 Cadet.

Yes on my 21st birthday. Are you asking what motivates me to get to that point of SM? I want to do Counterdrug, Homeland Security, and Humanitarian missions. And what not.

Presuming that your profile correctly states your location as Washington Wing, the Cadet dues fir the current year are $33, and the new SM dues are $75. SM renewals are $65. That's straight from the NHQ site.
