Title: Touchscreen field gloves
Post by: Jester on February 27, 2018, 08:14:34 AM
Anyone using touchscreen-compatible gloves for ground team field work?

I pretty much only use mechanix original nowadays but it doesn't look like they make them with this feature.

Any recommendations?

My department buys us 5.11 gloves that has the touch screen compatible fingers. Works so/so, and most of the time I use the stylus to input things on my computer or phone. We have the stylus dummy corded to our devices.

I don't use field gloves to manipulate my touch screen devices.  I use a stylus to avoid the inevitable gritty finger problems. However, I do use nomex gloves with touch screen capability in the cockpit.  Those gloves work pretty well.

I have a pair of these as general utility type gloves and for range work. These seem to work pretty well.
