trying to implement DDR

Good morning
I'm brand new to the forum, and brand new to CAP.
I'm an area pastor and USAF vet ('83-'87) recently recruited to join a local squadron & pursue the chaplaincy specialty track. There is currently a senior member doing character development, so I've been asked to head up DDR.

Disclosure:
I've searched the archives here & note that there have been several past discussions on DDR--not always in a favorable light. I get that. I hear & understand the objections. I don't want to re-hash old ground.  What I'm looking for is to make contact with others who are **doing DDR in their squadrons. I'm in need of an "e-mentor," if you will, to help me navigate this process.

So in short, this isn't a thread to discuss the merits (or lack thereof) of DDR.
This is an introductory thread from a new chaplain-track trainee/DDR officer looking for some positive dialog with other DDR officers who are ... to one extent or another... making this work in their squadrons. I have many more specific questions, but those can probably be saved for off-forum e-mail dialog.
