Cadet Saftey Officer

Does anybody know if a cadet has ever earned the Saftey Officer badge? I have my cadet saftey officer at my squadron thinking about trying and was wondering if cadets often earn it. And also if he fully earns it can he wear the specialty badge?

Not possible for a cadet to qualify for the badge as far as I can tell.

When I was looking at the tech badge study guide. All of the requirments were within reason for cadet. Is there a reason why a cadet can not earn it?

It's a senior member badge.

Because it is not specifically authorized like it is for the ES, COMM & IT badges.  The KB link I added above covers it all pretty well.
