Im trying to find a link to the DDR application for cadets and does anyone know how a cadet gets involved with DDR.

Contact your unit DDRO (if you have one) or CDC. The CDC shuld be able to contact your wing DDRA (Drug Demand Reduction Administrator) to obtain more information.

I'm not sure what part of DDR you want to get involved in.

DDR is not an "activity" in and of itself, its a support structure and program NHQ does to fulfill several mandates and provide assistance
to Wings in developing local programs.

Anything you could get involved in would have to be part of something local, supported and approved by the Wing DDRO.
