Can anyone explain the CAP distinctive white shirt/blue pants combo.

I'm just getting back into this after 13+ years and I'm lost with all the new CAP uniforms and I haven't seen an updated M39-1.

It's being phased out at the end of next year, so you don't have to worry too much about familiarizing yourself with it.

I already wear a version of the HPU: 'Kwajalein BDUs' (Beach Dress Utilities) - walking or board shorts, polo shirt or t-shirt with flip flops, sandals or athletic shoes. Ball cap or boonie hat optional.
