There is a paid PA staff - they are quite good.   There is a national PAO director (Volunteer) - it is Col. Virginia Keller who is a former OK Wing CC and is an absolutely wonderful person.  While there could be more PA support from NHQ, we desparately need more volunteer PA's at wing. group. squadron levels.  We have some that are also really quite good, but we need more.  The PAO academy before the NB meeting was one of the initiatives on this and was, by all reports, outstanding.  I think you will see more emphasis on branding and public recognition of CAP in the very near future.
