Captain Insignia on Blazer Nameplate

I know there was a post about this a while back, but even in that, they mentioned several different variations. There was a double screw-post one, one that was glued on, and the current product description mentioned a pin.

So does anyone know what the back of the current Vanguard captain blazer insignia is?

I'l hoping to replace the Lt insignia on my current plate.
