Ok so at my engagement party over this past weekend a cousin was asking about how CAP was going.  He also asked how I was progressing towards my Major, I said that I was all set with some paper stuff but due to some other stuff had been holding off on moving forward with it.  But it got me to thinking how long I had been eligible on paper, so I went and looked up the Senior Member Promotion Eligibility Report, all other seniors (aside from the Lt Cols) other than myself appear.  Now my membership is in the renewal window wasn't sure if that might have anything to do with this.  Has anyone seen this before?  I mentioned it to my commander and he hadn't heard of it happening.

Looks like not seeing your own name on the report is the norm.   Just ran it for my unit and
I am the only one not on the report.

I don't know if already being topped out makes a difference though.

Angus,

I really have no idea on your question, but CONGRATS on your engagement

Not the norm. I'm on ours. Twice as I'm eligible to grandfather to Capt when I get a chance to go to a SLS (which isn't looking like it'll be soon). I'm also in the renewal period.

Tell me if I am Wrong. However, I don't think you need SLS to Grandfather to Captain.

You need Level 2 which includes SLS

Thanks, I know I used to be on it.  Must be something then since my membership is up soon.  Time to renew and retry it.

You can also go into the online promotion module, input your name and see if it shows you any missing criteria.
