Looks like after my one-year "vacation" I'm out of basic ES qualifications.

Will I find what the basics / minimum qualifications to allow me to participate in ES exercises in CAPF 114?  If not can someone give me a link to this information?

Your question isn't quite clear as to what you mean by being 'out of basic es qualifications'.

Do you mean your qualifications expired? Check in CAPR 60-3 for the basic requirements and any approved region/wing supps for any additional requirements.

If you mean you want to move up to the more complex mission base tasks the SQTRs in e-services will give you the basic idea and the task guides will have further information.

eServices is your friend here. What quals expired? If you go to eServices and hit My Operations Qualifications, you can look up all the data on each qual you've had. From there you can go to your unit ESO and see about hitting what's missing.
