Fun with Drill Downs...Military Bearing Drill Downs:)

There was a guy, who is really awesome! Lt. Bond from CA Wing.We were having an inspection and a friend of mine named Woodel is waiting to be inspected. So Lt. Bond comes up and yells at him saying this, "DO YOU LIKE PUDDING CADET?!" "Yes sir!!!" "WHY IS THAT CADET?" "Because it melts in my mouth sir!"

Drill downs are fun....so long as everyone knows that there are drill down rules.....and real drill rules.

Militrary Bearing drill downs.....are fun too....but too often cross the hazing line....I avoid them as much as possible.

i like military bearing drill downs right up until the people trying to knock out troops start losing their own military bearing in the pursuit of making those in the flight crack.

I've put a blanket ban on "military bearing tests" in my squadron until my cadet staff can come up with a legitimate training objective on paper that falls within the three missions of CAP, and then justify why this test is the only way to achieve said training. 


As of right now I have received nothing. 


When I am the encampment commandant again, I will put in a similar policy.
