Can someone point me to where the current 39-1 is? I can't find it on the new website and if I try to google it all I find is a pdf of one updated in 2014 and it doesn't have the ABU standards on it.

The newest revision of CAPM 39-1 does not have the ABU Wear Instructions. Their are located at https://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/media/cms/UPDATED_ABU_wear_instruction_24_Oct_BEA8C45C7D2DD.pdf

If you go to Phil's link, and scroll down to the 39-1 entry, all the links are right there - the 39-1, two ICLs, and the ABU info.
