Title: VFW NCO Award
Post by: diegoochoaaa on March 31, 2017, 11:30:35 AM
My squadron just had a promotion ceremony and they ended up giving the VFW Awards, I didn't get it but I would like too, I am a C/TSgt and about to become Master end of April. How often do they give out that award and can I get it for the time I was an NCO if I become an officer?

It's an annual award presented once per year per squadron. It can be presented to a C/NCO and a C/Officer.

Fortune favors the bold, Cadet.  Speak to the DCC or the Sq. Cmdr. in private and express interest.  Ask what they want you to do to earn it.  Then deliver it.
