Hi all,
I'm currently trying to take the FEMA IS-100 course, and I am experiencing difficulties advancing past the questions in the course. The site will not allow me to go to the next slide even though I am getting the answers correct most of the time, although somehow I have managed to get past 3 or 4 sets after some considerable trial and error, hitting various buttons on the course.
Does anyone have any tips? I'm on google chrome. Other cadets are probably having the same issue, so this should be helpful for them (assuming anyone has any troubleshooting ideas).
So far this seems to work:
click wrong answer
X out of pop up
Click right answer
Hit "continue" on pop up
Hit back on the presentation
last two questions i've done advanced after i did this process. Very strange.
I'd suggest trying IE (*urp* threw up in my mouth a little just there...).
A lot of government sites were developed with a specific browser preference.
The other option is Firefox. I've done all my FEMA stuff with it, and haven't had any problems.

What he said. A lot of government websites don't play nice with Chrome; we can't even have it installed on our work machines any more. Go with Firefox and make sure it's fully up to date.
Alright, thank you everyone. Will keep in mind for the future.
