Compliment is to extol, to laud. To make something stand out for excellence or praise.
I think you meant complement. To use in addition to. To use as a backup.
Which was the one you meant to use?
CAP's mission doesn't include activities of the type that warrant access to HSIN, however there
are sure to be any number who have access from their professional lives who could share that information if needed.
