It was THE best choice. John will help take CAP to the next level. He is a true professional, and will handle the day to day business of CAP just fine. Congratulations John!

Salvador is a serious dude.
I have a ton of respect for him.
CAP needs to copy/past him about 100 times at its upper echelons.
This is good news.
