The motto of Hazingville Composite Squadron: Cadets Adore Pushups

The motto of Flyingclub Composite Squadron: Cheap Aviators & Pilots

Come And Profit - because I proved on paper last month that motivated pilots
who regulalarly fly for CAP actually SAVE money each year (a LOT of money).

However, except for the couple referenced that were positive, we need to be real careful where we say this kind of thing.

I have actually heard a unit CC unising the universal "Come And Pay" in a conversation with a RECRUIT at an Open House. :o

Now THAT'S the way to get great people - complain about the org before they even JOIN!

Should be another thread, but since CAP >IS< a paramilitary organization, I fail to see the problem.  In fact CnAP is usually indicated as more the problem.

From a member of the general public commenting on my grey epaulets w/rang insignia:

"Sonny...why the letters C.A.P.?   Does that mean Confederate Air Patrol?"
