I wonder how long it will take to get a picture of every item on the website? Seems like they have had ample time to get everything pictured. They even have categories with nothing in them.
Yes they suck. However, the main site (www.vanguardmil.com) has been updated and looks 200% better than the CAP site. Methinks we're Vanguard's redheaded stepchild when it comes to support.
I have reserved judgement for a long enough time. While I have and continue to be very pleased with how they ship the matierals and the methods of ordering...the fact that they still do not have photos of evey item (including some very popular ones) is rather alarming.
I think its time demanded that. Hey, I'll even take some digital photos of some of that stuff.
This is a classic example of why a monopoly is not a good thing (unless your the one with Boardwalk and Park Place). We really have no choice than to order from there, they have no incentive to make the website better.
