Another Bird Strike (FMY)

Some of you may or may not have heard about the bird strike Robert Weber encountered in his Piper Saratoga on his way into Fort Myers Page Field (FMY) in Florida just this past Saturday (February 22). Amazing pilotage as he continued to FLY THE AIRPLANE after the bird went straight through his windshield, sending pieces of plastic and electronics into his face.

I took some time last night to find and compile the ATC recording from LiveATC.net. Some parts are cut out (such as the initial mayday call) because the clearance delivery, ground, tower feeds are combined.
