R/C Revolution - First Person Video

R/C flying is undergoing a revolution with First Person Video and micro-electronic devices.

Basic ships have 2.4 Ghz video streamed to a laptop or LCD screen.  Advanced ships have HD Video, On Screen Displays, UHF for longer range (20 km plus), Head Tracking, Video Goggles, dual cameras and transmitters for an observer, antenna tracking to find your way home, etc.

This technology is nearing UAV quality and capability at a "fraction" of the price.  We need to keep an eye on this technology.  It may have a use in the future.

Pretty cool, but why have something that cost $5 thousand when you can get the same result for $10 million?
